About our Button Exchange
I wanted to provide a button exchange that was as fair as possible for everyone who wanted to participate.
To that end, here are some of the specifics that you might be interested in knowing in your decision to sign up:
All button images can be in gif or jpeg format.
Buttons can be no larger than 10K in size.
Button dimensions are to be the standard 88x31 pixels.
The exchange ratio will be 1:1 meaning for every button you display, one of yours linking to your website will be displayed on another participating website.
Each member will receive 10 automatic credits toward their button account when they sign up.
You can display the exchange code anywhere you like on your website, on as many pages as you choose, but only once per page!
Terms and Conditions of Service
Before you can
register with this service and join the button exchange, you need to agree to the
below conditions.
The provider of this service can not offer any kinds of services to sites that have
content of adult nature, warez, mp3, hacking, or any other illegal activity.
Spamming of services by non-members of Resources BanX will not result in a
member's account removal. The service provider will work with the member who was
abused and attempt to punish the spammer. Proof of the spammer's identity is
required to become involved.
Wasting of system resources is not tolerated.
Abusing the staff this service. We don't mind you expressing your
opinions but hate it when people become rude for no reason. Don't worry too much
about this clause, we use it to reserve our right to remove you when you
are becoming hard to deal with.
Any other actions not addressed here that will affect a member's access to
this service will be discussed with the member when a problem arises. In some
cases a member will be contacted before removal of account. Sometimes, however,
a member will not be notified if he has been warned already or if it is a DIRECT
violation of one of the above items.
By joining the exchange, I
agree to be bound by the above Terms of Service that govern all services
provided by this button exchange network.
