Seems like troubled times aren't quite over for Scott Hall.
He was arrested on the 22nd for DUI.
A three car accident was involved.
I truly feel bad for him.
In my few personal experiences, he was always a super-nice and genuine person and I wish much better for him than this.

Robert Downey jr. was arrested yesterday for possession of drugs.
I believe that the person who actually sold him the drugs most probably was the same person who made the anonymous 911 call that got him arrested.
I think he even got a call from them telling him the cops were on the way.
Like a true junkie, instead of flushing the stuff, he hid it...and of course the cops found it.
Hopefully, this means he won't be on that absolutely horrible show Ally McBeal for much longer...Flockhart is an ugly, skanky, ratty looking chick and I get sick just looking at her.

These guys just can't seem to keep from fucking up their lives.

One guy I don't feel bad for is Darryl Strawberry.
He's a scumbag junkie, a deadbeat dad, and an all around loser.
He's has been given more chances than Hall and Downey combined.
With so many blown second chances, he deserves to be spending a long time in a small cell.

Sounds weird that RVD is injured and won't work the PPV after more than a week of questions concerning his status with ECW.
Its almost like he's faking the injury, he probably wants to get paid for the last 6 months before doing anything else for ECW.
I don't blame him if that's the case.

I watched the first half of the Monday night football game.
I couldn't give a crap about either team and Dennis Miller bites big hairy ass, but there were so many exciting and big plays that it was really fun to watch.
If not for 2 key interceptions, the score going into halftime would easily have been 28-0 instead of tied at 14 each.

Here's an excerpt from a conversation I had with someone in New Zealand while doing this update:

(Smilzzzz) wheer in the states are you
(youareajackass) florida
(Smilzzzz) ahh, the election capital of the world
(youareajackass) yeah sorta...it never seems to end
(youareajackass) what do they say about it over there?
(Smilzzzz) lol, we hear about it over here every night on the new>
(youareajackass) i'm sure it looks rediculous that we're having such a problem with this
(Smilzzzz) Today they said bush had won by handrecounts, but gore was legally fighting it
(Smilzzzz) Yeah it looks like a real mess. It is making both candidates lose respect as well. I mean I wouldnt hold them in the same regard as Clinotn

Its nice to know the country as a whole is losing some international respect and whoever eventually gets in the White House is a jerky fool to the rest of the world.

Whoever you support, and keeping the American way in mind, think its hard to argue with the following points Gore made in his address last night:

"Let us stand and fight to let those voices count, whatever the outcome, let the people have their say, and let us listen."
"There are some who would have us bring this election to the fastest conclusion possible. I have a different view, I believe our Constitution matters more than convenience."
"So, as provided under Florida law, I have decided to contest this inaccurate and incomplete count, in order to ensure the greatest possible credibility for the outcome."

Here's some wrestling related information...

I saw on 1wrestling.com that Gillberg has a website dedicated to independent wrestliers, and has an ongoing campaign to get his character back on tv.

Also, it seems like RVD's future with ECW seems to be in question as he was hesitant to answer questions stating that it could be used against him.
You can hear his real audio interview at robvandam.com
He also talks about his friendship with Joe C. and His new movie Black Mask 2.

Some other good personal websites that have regular audio updates that are generally worth listening to are chrisbenoit.com and stormwrestling.com
You can also visit liveaudiowrestling.com for dozens of audio interviews with the top wrestlers in the industry.

Today's a big day for football as the teams get closer to the playoffs and enter December.
Not many great matchups, but the Dolphins and Colts game is important.
The Bills Bucs game could be another good one.
The Dolphins will still be without some key players and need to get healthy as the rest of the season looks tough with 2 games against the Colts, one against the Bills, Bucs, and Patriots left to play.
Hopefully, the Bears will find a way to beat the Jets.
The other good matchup could be the Redskins and Eagles.

Here's an excerpt from an Associated Press news report:

"They're not counting votes, they're casting votes," said former GOP presidential candidate Bob Dole, who joined Republicans at the Broward County courthouse Saturday.

Early Saturday, Republicans expressed surprise that election officials were considering questionable absentee ballots. Montana Gov. Marc Racicot, a spokesman for Bush, said those ballots should not be judged by the same standards as ballots cast in a voting booth because absentee voters had a better opportunity to express clear choices.

"I've heard so many speeches from so many of you folks that I don't care to hear another one," Lee said.

That drew an angry response from GOP attorney William Scherer, who accused Lee of partisanship.

"You're trolling for votes here because it's clear that you can't win this election," Scherer told Lee.

"Mr. Scherer, you're out of line," the judge said before clearing the courtroom for lunch. He barred Scherer from returning after lunch.

I love this guy Judge Lee. He doesn't put up with shit from anybody and didn't want to hear all the backseat drivers tell him how to handle a fairly simple job of counting the ballots.
As a judge, I would not allow someone to put my integrity to question when he was obviously chosen to do this job because he is known to be above reproach. I would have had him executed in his sleep, "godfather style" for questioning my honesy...but then again that's probably one of many reasons why I'm not a judge.

This recount (if it stands as it is) in Broward county brought Gore 567 votes closer (more than half the difference between the two) to being the president of the United States. -BT

A funny thing happened on the way to the gym...

I love going to the gym very early in the morning when they first open. Its not crowded, the place is still cool because the sun hasn't been up for hours (if its even up yet), and the people there are there for a specific reason and are serious about how they spend their time while they are there.

There's nothing worse than a jerkoff wasting his time and usually mine tooling around on the benches for too long and accomplishing nothing.
I also hate people who actually bring a towel, sweat all over the place and still don't wipe their virus-laden ooze off the pads, benches, and seats.

I'll usually work through the night and around 5:45am get ready to drive to the local Ballys. What else is nice about going in the morning is I get to take my roommate's 2000 black vette. There's nobody really up yet so the roads are clear and its fun to drive.

This morning it was raining, I got in and headed off...Since its Saturday, I left a little later. After I made the U-Turn on the major road which is a straight-shot from our house to Ballys I got a little speed going and WHOOOOOSH! the removable top flew off. I had to make a U-turn and another U-turn while getting rained on, pull over, run into traffic and get the top and put it back on CORRECTLY.
It was scratched to hell but no one had a chance to run over it yet or get in a wreck trying to avoid it.
My mood wasn't geared towards working out anymore so I came home and am waiting for the roomie to wake up so I can tell him what happened...with all the leaks I found in the roof this morning, it should be a nice day for him.

I feel bad that I was the one to use the car first...
Now, I can't make fun of him for having it happen while he was driving...
I also really feel bad that his car got some scratches and it will cost money to fix it...
I really hate that it happened while I was driving...
But I'm damn proud it wasn't me that took the top off in the first place and then put it back on wrong.

Hopefully, I'll have some pics I can post here in a day or two.

Sometimes, you can't fucking win...

I stay logged on to Napster all night while I go out to dinner with my brother and his girlfriend who are visiting from Atlanta for the holiday.
I feel so lucky to come back to messages like this one:

(BBlacklow) you fucking suck
(BBlacklow) you suck so much
(BBlacklow) just like your mother
(BBlacklow) who sucks so much I came on her face last night
(BBlacklow) suck my cock
(BBlacklow) bitch
(BBlacklow) have a good day!

Essentially, he couldn't download from me and thought I wasn't sharing files.
When quite the opposite was the case.
Feel free to look him up and give him a hard time for me when you're bored for being such a big fat cock-in-the-mouth.
I still love napster though and I find it interesting when these things occur.

I hear the Survivor Series sucked so I'm skipping the chance to watch the re-broadcasts.
I'm more into the PRIDE mixed martial arts fighting right now anyways.

Pictured is a photo taken of my roommate and an ex-girlfriend...Its still one of my all-time favorite pictures I have and when I stumbled on it again, I had to put it up here.
She was a very cool chick and a great friend...easy on the eyes too...we even got a dog together once.

Oh well, feeling nostalgic can suck...dealing with asses online can suck...having an 'incident" with someone else's car definitely sucks...as can not having a woman on a regular basis...I'm going to log back on to napster and abuse a few people online and vent off some of my aggressions.-BT

Here is a brief conversation I had with a guy from Italy while on Napster:

(olicoop) i'm male 29 age. you?
(youareajackass) 28/m
(youareajackass) what are they saying where you live about our election for our president ?
(olicoop) all the world to laugh
(olicoop) italy too
(olicoop) sorry!!
(olicoop) but the your election system it's no good

I have a feeling everyone feels this way about America and neither choice for president is going to earn us any respect from the rest of the world.

Madonna is getting married. BFD. I'm so tired of hearing about that phony and her personal life. It gives me diarreah...have you heard her British accent? I resent it every time I see one of her shitty movies. I think she's going on the do not watch as an actor list under Andy Garcia (the king of all jabronis).

Today, all the zombies are out shopping on the biggest sale day of the year.
Fat from stuffing their faces the night before, they should be pleasant to deal with after spending so much time with their insane families and driving through this holiday traffic.
If you have the urge to spend your money, buy a t-shirt from me.

OK, just a few things to consider for your own safety while out and about today...the Jets still suck, remember to duck and cover, don't make eye contact or any sudden movements, and god bless America. -BT

Why in the hell is it called a chad???
Did someone named Chad actually decide something so specifically stupid as naming these hole-punch areas was necessary?
Some Florida counties are continuing to count ballots during the holiday and others have taken it off.

Thanksgiving down here means very little because we have no change of seasons.
No autumn colored leaves, no snow, just some slightly cooler weather.
Today the mindless drones sit in front of the tv all morning with a zombie-like expression watching fellow drones at parades riding those stupid floats waving at the truly retarded people that are shivering in the cold watching as the floats drive by.
At least at Mardi Gras everyone is drunk and its a big party where they're throwing beads and flashing breasts.

Later, it gets a little better as we get a Dallas Cowboys game and a Detroit Lions game.
We also always get 24 hours of Clint Eastwood on the Turner station...a true tradition.
Two things that dull the edge of having to spend all day with family.

Unbreakable was a great movie...or at least I enjoyed it immensely.
It was a lot slower than the 6th sense and I think anyone going in expecting them to be similar will be disappointed. Bruce Willis is really getting bald...but He's one of the few guys able to pull it off. Samuel Jackson gave a really good performance and it was a good movie even though Sam was in it and didn't say "motherfucker" even once
Strange as this sounds, comic book fans will get the most enjoyment out of this.

How do the Beatles debut a new album to the #1 spot of the pop charts and selling 595,000 copies in its opening week after 30 years of not being together?
I guess they are the greatest musical artists of all time...see the VH1 top 100
The top 100 hard rock list was a great show as well, and you can't go wrong with Carmen Electra as the host.

Buy a Giant mug...it makes a good gift for the holidays and it would make me happy as well.-BT

Here are some Excerpts from Opinion of the Florida Supreme Court in the Florida election cases that I copied from CNN.com and some accompanying comments:

'Will of the People'

Twenty-five years ago this court commented that the will of the people, not a hyper-technical reliance upon statutory provisions should be our guiding principle in election cases. We consistently have adhered to the principle that the will of the people is the paramount consideration. Our goal today remains the same as it was a quarter of a century ago, i.e. to reach the result that reflects the will of the voters, whatever that might be. This fundamental principle and our traditional rules of statutory construction guide our decision today.

True, but then why if the courts had the will of the people as a concern (25 years ago) are we still using the electoral college to elect our president? When on several occasions the will of the people has chosen candidates who while winning the popular vote, did not become president?

Man vs. Machine

Although error cannot be completely eliminated in any tabulation of ballots, our society has yet gone so far as to place blind faith in machines. In almost all endeavors, including elections, humans routinely correct the errors of machines.

Wrong. We've placed our blind faith in ballot machines that are antiques...some of which are so old that the company that manufactured them no longer exists. One would assume cutting edge equipment would be slightly important for a presidential election for the most powerful and influential country on the planet. If it would cost an astronomical amount to replace and update the system we have now, sell advertising space on the ballots and booths...We could get McDonalds and Nike to pay for the whole election process.

Right to Vote

Courts must not lose sight of the fundamental purpose of election laws: The laws are intended to facilitate and safeguard the right of each voter to express his or her will in the context of our representative democracy.

While each voter has the right to express his or her will, it is their responsibility to make sure they are careful and understand what they are doing and vote correctly. If they make a mistake, it is their responsibility to have it corrected while they are there by having their ballot destroyed and doing it again. If you're confused, ask for help.

Having bacially lived in south Florida basically my entire life I can tell you that this crap is par for the course.
Northern Florida is full of filthy hicks and inbreds, and they live in dirty towns like Jacksonville.
You know what you're getting when dealing with the "southern folk".

But South Florida is a whole other story.
First, we've become the dumping ground for the rotting old who are waiting to die and crap their pants and complain about everything.
They drive like shit and smell bad.
They eat dinner at 4:30 in the afternoon and walk the shopping malls for exercise before the shops even open.
I've always maintained for the safety of everyone, after the age of 65, drivers should have to take a mandatory road-test every year to keep their license renewed...Especially down here.

Then, you have the immigrants.
I have no problem with anyone coming to this country and making a life for themselves.
They're not a problem...on the whole, they work hard and are what America is about.
However, when they refuse to even learn the fucking language after living here for 5 even 10 years, and are rude and ignorant and cause more harm than good, then they deserve to be as dead as those useless old people.

Elian can kiss my ass...as can Andy Garcia and Gloria Estefan for their parts in that crap.
I can't imagine how the voting went wrong down here. -BT
